Brenda Blackmon is a credentialed member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), having completed comprehensive training in appraisal theory, market research, ethics, best practices methodology, and report-writing standards. She holds a master’s degree in Education, bringing a wealth of knowledge and diverse experiences to her appraisal practice.

Ms. Blackmon transitioned from academia to the business sector to pursue her passion for appraisals while continuing to cultivate her love of lifelong learning. Her approach to each appraisal is personalized, thorough, and thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of every client.

She has prepared USPAP-compliant, IRS-qualified appraisal reports for a variety of purposes, including federal estate tax, non-cash charitable donations, business mergers, and liquidations, as well as fair market value appraisals for mediation/litigation. Dedicated to accuracy and reliability, Ms. Blackmon consistently delivers appraisals that meet the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
